Return Policy

Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds. All merchandise for exchange or store credit must be received within 30 business days with a receipt. Please email customerservice@maggiesofmadison.com to initiate a return.  

List your invoice number, date of purchase and reason for the exchange or return. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and a credit will be issued if in original condition.  

              

All items must be returned in their original condition. This includes original tags still attached, all linens unused, unwashed, smoke and animal hair free.  All items must be in original packaging and be in presentable condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing the order. 

Furniture, Lighting, Rugs, Fabric by the Yard, Custom Made items, Monogrammed Items, Wallpaper, Art, Mirrors and Clearance Item are Final Sale and not returnable unless defective.  Most of these items will be drop shipped directly from the vendor, please allow additional time for shipping.  Furniture, Lighting & Accessories must be inspected for any Damages or Blemishes within 7 days of receiving and reported to customerservice@maggiesofmadison.com
