Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unused & unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from when you received it. Additional restrictions may apply. To help us expedite your return, please use our RETURN FORM, and ensure your item(s) meet our conditions.

  • Within 15 days of receipt: Full refunds excluding shipping costs will be issued for returns made within 15 days
  • Within 15-30 days of receipt: 10% restocking fee will apply for any returns
  • After 30 days of receipt: No returns will be accepted after 30 days

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days of when Maggie’s of Madison receives your return. You will be refunded all costs (including shipping & handling) if the return is the result of a manufacturer error.

For all items being exchanged, you are required to pay a flat rate for re-shipping orders. Shipping rates below:

  • $500.00 or less – $15.00 flat rate
  • $500.00 or more – $30.00 flat rate

Merchandise must comply with following conditions:

  • Unused and not laundered
  • No animal hair, No smoke smell
  • Must be in original packaging & in good condition to go back into our inventory the same way you received it
  • Custom special orders, monogrammed, and clearance items are not accepted for returns
  • Pillows and Comforters (Down or Down Alternative) are not allowed to be taken out of the packaging and dressed on your bed or in your personal Merchandise.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been taken out of their packaging or used in anyway. The items become damaged once this is done for sanitary reasons in accordance with the law.

If we receive returns that do not comply with our above policy, they will be sent back with no credit issued.

Returns Instructions

For the easiest return/exchange, please complete the Returns Form above. You may also call us Monday – Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm, eastern time, toll free at (877) 765 – 2695.

Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by carrier that provides tracking numbers (e.g. UPS or FEDEX). If you ship via United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signature. We also recommend that you insure the package for the full purchase price. maggiesofmadison.com will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged without insurance.

Maggie’s of Madison will not be responsible for items you return directly to the manufacturer, which will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Once you have received your order confirmation number you will not be able to make changes on our web site.

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away to change or cancel an order prior to shipment at customerservice@maggiesofmadison.com or by phone at Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm, eastern time, toll free at (877) 765 – 2695.

Order Status - Track Packages

If you would like a tracking number for your order or order status, please email us at customerservice@maggiesofmadison.com and we will provide you with your tracking number or your order status. In the email please provide your name and order number.

Sales Tax

All items shipped within Connecticut will be charged an additional 6.35% state sales tax.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes. We must have a valid residential or business address for shipping.

Free Shipping Qualifications

There is Free Ground Shipping on qualified orders over $100. We currently offer four shipping options within the contiguous United States, free ground shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International Locations.

Shipping Options

You may choose from Ground Shipping, Overnight, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air shipping. Any expedited shipping service will incur additional charges determined by the total dollar amount of the order. Orders with expedited shipping will ship out the same day as long as the order is placed by 1PM Eastern Standard time.

Backordered items will be shipped as the items become available.

Some items are shipped by a 3rd party carrier and cannot be expedited.

Orders that include items from different manufacturers will be sent in separate shipments.

Non-Qualified Orders

Oversized packages (large down inserts, pillows & featherbeds) as well as heavy items may incur an additional fee for expedited shipping. Orders that include items from different manufacturers will be sent in separate shipments.

Shipment of over sized and heavy items – certain large comforters, pillows and featherbeds – may incur additional fees. The products will be noted and shipping will be calculated at the time of check out.
